She is also experienced in AI-driven development, including Agentforce, Prompt Builder, and intelligent chat experiences.

With six Salesforce certifications, including Data Cloud Consultant, CRM Analytics Consultant, and Agentforce Specialist, she brings both technical depth and the ability to quickly understand diverse business models.
